USER RESEARCH FINDINGS

PROJECT MANAGER

  • Difficult to verify and approve all the timesheets individually through mail

  • Back-and-forth communication to seek clarifications and updates is time consuming

  • Ensure timely access to the right talent, effective resource allocation

  • difficulty in extracting meaningful insights from the data for future project planning.

  • Efficient decision-making across projects, timely resource allocation, and adherence to project timelines are essential.

RESOURCE MANAGER

  • Communication through mail and phone call takes too much much time in the hiring process

  • Managing resource requests across multiple vendor is difficult

  • There is no centralized monitoring or managing system

  • Ensure timely access to the right talent, effective resource allocation

  • Status updates of the hiring process is difficult when multiple requests are in process

VENDOR

  • Not getting approved timesheets all at once resulting in invoice delays
